Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is an organization conduction examination for the recruitment to various banks across the country. IBPS PO prelims exam is around the corner and it is now time to grid yourself and study. A structured and systematic preparation is required for cracking the exam and to ultimately fulfill your dream to be called as a Probationary Officer.
Exam dates of IBPS PO:
The preliminary exams will be conducted on 13th, 14th, 20th, and 21st October 2018. The mains will be on 18th November 2018.
IBPS PO Exam pattern:
The IBPS PO prelims have three sections:

This year, a sectional timing of 20 minutes has been introduced for each of the three sections in prelims examination. Also, there will be sectional cutoff for each section. Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing minimum cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS
The cutoffs for each section would be different. Looking through previous year cutoff marks, here is the expected cutoff for each section of the preliminary exam.
English language: 07.00
Quantitative ability: 08.25
Reasoning ability: 08.50
The cutoff marks would be decided based on the difficulty level of the question paper and after normalizing the scores.
