Staff Selection Commission has invited applications from eligible candidates to fill the vacant Multi Tasking Staff(MTS) – Non Technical positions across different departments. Interested candidates can fill their applications from April 22 on wards through the online mode.
SSC MTS selection process includes two stages of recruitment process. Stage 01 is the computer based test for 100 marks and the stage 02 examination is a descriptive type test.
Stage 01 – Preliminary level Computer Based Test(CBT)
- Maximum Marks – 100
- Total Number of questions – 100
- Total Time – 90 minutes
For every wrong answers 1/4 marks will be deducted from the candidates marks.
Stage 02 – Descriptive Test
The descriptive paper is for 30 minutes and for 50 marks. The candidates can write the paper either in English or in any other language that is mentioned in the 8th schedule. The question will be either to write a short essay or a letter. This stage is of qualifying nature and to test the basic language level of the candidates. Candidates can find the questions are of matriculation level.
The stage 01 Computer based test is tentatively scheduled for August 2019, and the descriptive paper is for November 2019.
