Exam Pattern :
As a beginner, the best way to start the preparation is to read the TN state board textbooks. Textbooks from class 6 – 10 is the best source of information. For General English section 6th – 12 standard textbooks are useful. For Economics & Political science section too class 11 and 12 textbooks are a plus.
For Current affairs section, read any standard newspaper daily like The Hindu / Dinamani. Arihant General Knowledge books are also good for covering the static part. Indian Year Book by Government of India is also good for the preparation.
