Exam Pattern :
As a beginner, the best way to start the preparation is to read the TN state board textbooks. Textbooks from class 6 – 10 is the best source of information. Before jumping to any other guides available in market, try to learn from the textbooks. Guides and other sources available in market can use for practice and to boost your performance. For General English section 6th – 12 standard textbooks are useful. For Economics & Political science section too class 11 and 12 textbooks are a plus.
For Current affairs section, read any standard newspaper daily like The Hindu / Dinamani. Arihant General Knowledge books are also good for covering the static part. Indian Year Book by Government of India is also good for the preparation.
